  6. What does BangerVersion do ?
  7.  
  8. BangerVersion writes the versionstring into filecomment. This is
  9. useful, if you have many LIBS or other files and get a new version
  10. (really new ??) of a file. You use this program on the new and old
  11. file and then you look only on the comment of the old and the new
  12. file. Well, now you know which will be the newest file.
  13. BangerVersion required OS 2.x or higher an written in assembler.
  14. BangerVersion is giftware. You can send me a postcard or money (etc.)
  15. Use it at your own risk ! (etc.)

  18. BangerVersion can crash with VMEM !
  19. don´t USE VMEM and BangerVersion the computer can crash while writing
  20. the file comment and your HD must be validate ! You can lost data on

  30. CSA   : the old comment don´t destroy
  31. NDA   : version without date
  32. ONC   : only con print no save as comment
  33. ALL   : all files in subdirs
  34. QUIET : no message to shellwindow

  37. Here is a list of libraries that the program cannot identify:

  42. All files of my 357 libraries were not recognized.
  43. If you set the comment as "nicht möglich", BangerVersion will
  44. ignore this file. This is useful for the libs (or files), where Banger-
  45. Version couldn´t or false identify.
